CNC turning, up to 14” in diameter swing, bar 3” diameter x 60” length
CNC milling 60" x 30" x 30" envelope
Machine complex shapes in a single setup for increased productivity.
Save time and money with less fixture preparation.
Boost cashflow while shortening lead times.Higher part accuracy because the work piece does not move across multiple workstations.
Ability to use shorter cutting tools for higher cutting speeds and less tool vibrations.
Achieve superior surface finishes and overall better part quality.
Horizontal and vertical milling.
Can easily produce complicated shapes and requires only one set-up.
Multi-tooth and single-point cutting tools allow for enhanced precision.
Less time and less handling, leading to higher efficiency.
Turn/mills only require one machine instead of two leading to quicker production scheduling and leaves other machines open for additional parts.
Produce higher quality parts, because al the features are tied together.
3” bar capacity, 14’ chuck capacity, 7-axis (includes Y-axis), sub spindles, 9 HP Live tools, axially or radially off center drilled holes and high pressure coolant.
Heat Treatments:
We offer hardening, tempering, annealing, and normalizing. These processes alter the microstructure of metals and alloys which benefits the working life of the tool, increases surface hardness, temperature resistance, ductility, strength, and overall tool longevity.
Splining:
The spline connection provides an equally distributed load along the sides of the teeth. This shared load provides a longer fatigue life vs. a keyway drive. We have a parell key, involute, crowned, serration, and helical splinescapable of milling, hobbing, shaping, broaching slotting, and more!
WEDM (Wire Electrical Discharge Machining):
No direct contact between the wire and the workpiece which allows for machining without causing any distortion in the path of the wire, or the shape of the material. Process can generate taper cuts and is ideal for thick parts requiring good finishes and/or accuracies, complex shapes or narrow slots, larger parts that need to hold accurate tolerances, and delicate, hard, exotic / expensive, or weak material.
Sandblasting: Effectively prepares metal surfaces for coating application.
Powder Coating: Adds resistance from impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. Reduces the risk of scratching, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues.
Black Oxide Coating: Adds corrosion and abrasion resistance, parts retain their dimensions, process improves lubricity, no hydrogen embrittlement, reduces reflections, and adds a sleek blackened finish.
Zinc Plating: Adds corrosion resistance layer, improves durability, environmentally friendly, and adds an aesthetic improvement with a clean shine.
Electroless Nickel Plating: Adds corrosion and abrasion resistance, applicable to both conductive and non-conductive materials, parts retain their dimensions, can plate complicated and irregular shapes, and offers customizable finishes, from matte to bright.
Anodizing: Adds corrosion and abrasion resistance, fade resistance, environmentally friendly, improved lifespan, and has customizable finishes with tinting color options and unlike paint the color will not chip or peel.
Cadnium Plating: Adds corrosion resistance for aquatic environments, low levels of galvanic corrosion when in contact with aluminum, resistant to mold and bacteria growth, added lubricity, outstanding conductivity, rust prevention, and low electrical contact resistance. It’s attractive white luster is similar to silver plating.
